The Digital Project Communications Hub provides a single, trusted source of approved project information for the Mackay Hospital Expansion Project.

The Hub will be accessible through standard web links and QR codes strategically located across the hospital campus. Users will be able to scan a QR code using their mobile device and immediately access current information relevant to the project, their location or their stakeholder group.

Information may include

•  fortnightly construction look-ahead; 

•  current and upcoming construction activities; 

•  pedestrian, vehicle and hospital access route changes; 

•  car parking impacts and temporary arrangements; 

•  clinical service relocations and decanting updates; 

•  planned shutdowns and service interruptions; 

•  major deliveries, crane operations and high-impact works; 

•  noise, vibration and out-of-hours work notifications; 

•  temporary wayfinding maps and access routes; 

•  project milestones and progress photographs; 

•  frequently asked questions; 

•  project newsletters and approved notices; and 

•  relevant project contact information.
