Jonathan has more than 26 years’ experience in planning, design and delivery of major infrastructure projects and has worked widely with both public and private sector clients.

Relocating to Australia in 2005 Jonathan moved into client-side project management delivery where for 25 years he has worked developing his project management delivery skills across multiple sectors.
Commencing her career as a Registered Nurse, Felicity pivoted to project delivery where she now holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Chartered Professional Civil Engineer (CPEng) and is a Registered Professional Engineer QLD (RPEQ) with over 20 years’ experience in asset and construction management.
Felicity has extensive construction and asset management experience in the education and healthcare sectors and has a passion for problem solving, innovation, information technology and open communication.
Adam has highly regarded qualifications and experience in all aspects of cost planning, post contract and asset management competencies. With over 20 years of experience he has had the opportunity to work on and manage a wide range of complex and bespoke projects across residential, commercial, retail, health, recreation, arts & cultural and infrastructure sectors.
Adam has a long history of providing accurate budgets from concept design and is a key contributor to any Cost Planning team.
Adam has specialist skills in the preparation of complex Cost Plans and also Peer Reviews / 3rd Party Audits / Assurance Reviews for Business Cases and Delivery Programs.
With experience in both Quantity Surveying and Project Co-ordination, Adam brings a high degree of understanding to the initial stage of the project and for the complexity of cost planning and importance of co-ordinated documents during the strategic planning and Master-planning phases.
Drawing from his significant experience, Adam has also successfully delivered alternative services including Independent Reviewer (IR under PPP contract) and Independent Certifier (IC under Federal Health Funding Programs) roles which comprise cost, program and quality reviews.
Adam provides value to clients and their projects through his methodical approach to cost planning and his ability to understand project requirements irrespective of scale.
John has 23 years of experience across the health, defence, education, construction, resource, infrastructure, and government sectors specialising in program and project management, planning and scheduling, and forensic delay analysis.
John’s strengths are in his ability to work with clients to clearly identify their requirements and manage the development and implementation of the project deliverables from the master planning and concept stage through to project delivery and close out.
John’s technical capability is recognised through his multiple industry accreditations including the PMI – Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) and his time as the Service Delivery Lead for the Project Management Institutes Global Scheduling Community of Practice.
John has extensive experience in programming the delivery of projects within active campuses as well as experience in the delivery of car park facilities.
Jeremy Prentice is commercial consultant with extensive major projects and transactions experience. He has advised on projects in all major infrastructure sectors including hospitals, education, transport and logistics as well as defence and aviation. Clients advised include governments, sponsors, operators, contractors, subcontractors, equity participants and financiers. Jeremy is organised, pragmatic and commercially focused gaining his experience over 30 years of practice working on matters in Australia, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Jeremy has worked predominantly in private legal practice but has also served as a military officer and more recently running his own commercial transaction management and legal consultancy.
Jeremy is currently assisting Queensland Health as the Negotiation and Transaction lead for the delivery of the $11.215bn 'Capacity Expansion Program'. This program includes 4 new and 10 expanded hospitals as part of the largest health infrastructure spend ever undertaken in Queensland.
Jeremy’s strong commercial acumen, understanding of complex transaction structures, governance experience and leadership characteristics allow him to draw upon a range of skills and experience necessary to achieve the required outcomes.
As an equity partner at national and international law firms he held a variety of senior positions including leading State corporate and commercial practice groups; national lead - transport and infrastructure and equity partner remuneration committees.
Jeremy’s inclination to teamwork and team dynamics has led to a range of senior board and advisory appointments including the Australian `board of an international law firm; Chairman, Brisbane Bullets Basketball Club Advisory Board; Risk and Compliance Committee at St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace; Advisory Board member, Bond University School of Sustainable Development; Advisory Board member, Queensland Museum South Bank; Chairman, Infrastructure Association of Queensland.
