Jonathan Hirst is a seasoned infrastructure leader with more than 25 years’ experience in planning, design, and delivery of complex programs and projects across Australia. As Director of Program Partners, he brings deep expertise in transaction management, project delivery, and strategic infrastructure planning, having led flagship infrastructure programs for Queensland Health and Telstra.

As a project director, Jonathan has delivered diverse projects from greenfield hospitals to digital EMR implementations, including Gold Coast University Hospital, Roma Hospital Redevelopment, and St Stephens Hospital—the first fully digital hospital in regional Australia. 

His dual background in principal contracting and project management enables him to navigate procurement, stakeholder engagement, and technical design with precision. Recognised for delivering high-impact solutions in live environments and complex settings, Jonathan combines strategic insights with construction innovation to create transformative infrastructure solutions.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Construction Management.
