Jonathan Hirst is a project manager with over 26 years’ experience delivering public and private-sector projects and programs across Australia and the United Kingdom. 

With a career spanning construction, project and program management and  transaction execution, Jonathan brings expertise in project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and procurement transactions and delivery.

As Project Manager and Project Director, he has led the delivery of infrastructure and a range of landmark projects.

Jonathan has also undertaken leadership roles and managed teams both state and nationally.

His UK experience includes construction delivery of the Home Office HQ redevelopment in Central London as Construction Manager with Bouygues UK, preceded by senior roles with major construction contractor ISG.

Renowned for building strong client relationships and high-performing teams, Jonathan has the ability to lead across all project lifecycle stages—from early business cases and procurement to operational readiness and commissioning with a rigid focus on delivering value-driven, community-focused outcomes.

Jonathan is a renowned problem solver, using design thinking tools to navigate complex   project challenges, align multi-stakeholder interests, and unlock innovative solutions.
